“Children: 25mg/kg daily in divided doses, doubled for severe infection maximum of 100 mg/kg daily; or under 1 year, 125mg every 12 hours or as prescribed by a physician. Reduced dosage is recommended in patients with severe renal impairment. It may give positive urinary glucose and coomb?s test.”
