Mechanics

1. Buy ₱200 worth of TGP brand of products to join the raffle promo.Note: Purchase requirement is net of discount. (Ex: Senior Citizen, PWD, etc.)

   *Note: For the TGP Official Online Store purchase, entries must be submitted at https://tgp.com.ph/page/all-out-pa-premyo-online and attach the digital receipt. Submitted entries will be included in the NCR group.

4. Promo period is from September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
5. Deadline for entry submission and draw of winners will be on the following dates:

   Winners will be notified through their mobile phone number or email address and to be posted on TGP's official Facebook Page.

6. A TGP customer can only win once per minor draw and once per grand draw. If a customer's name is drawn more than once within the same draw, they will be awarded the prize of higher value. A new winner will then be drawn for the lower-valued prize.
7. Claiming of prizes:
   • Winners will be contacted by the official TGP representative through SMS and email.
   • Winners must present the following upon claiming of prizes. (TGP Pharma Inc. will require the scanned copy of the requirements through online submission prior to claiming of prizes.)a. 1 valid government-issued ID

     b. Signed quit claim

   Disbursement of prizes:

   • For cash prizes 5k to 10k, winners can claim as cash at the TGP Branch location where they purchase the items.
   • For cash prizes from 100K and 1M, winners will be given a check and should be claimed at TGP Pharma Inc. (Address: KM.14 Edison Street Cor, Cul De Sac Brgy. Sun Valley, West Service Road Paranaque City)
     (Unclaimed prizes within 90 days after the announcement of winners will be forfeited).
8. Employees of TGP Pharma Inc., TGP Franchisees and its employees, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
9. Promo is open to all TGP customers who are at least 18 years old of age.
10. By joining the promo and providing customer details, they agree and consent to the promo mechanics as well as to the collection, processing and storage of personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of TGP as can be found on https://tgp.com.ph/content/4-privacy.
